How will I meet my driver?
For all airport or ferry terminal pickups, the driver will have a board with your name on it in clear writing. The driver will be waiting at arrivals area. For Hotell and resort pickups, the driver will come into the hotel lobby or reception area and will wait there. If you can not find your driver, just call the number on the booking confirmation and we will check the status for you.
What happens if my flight is late?
We check the status of flights before we pickup, if a flight is delayed, we'll there at the rescheduled time.
How long in advance of my flight do I need to arrive at Krabi Airport?
Please check with your airline for check in time for your flight. Krabi Airport is quite small though so you will only need about 15 minutes to get from the parking area to any of the check in desks.
Are there any extra charges?
There are no extra charges at all. The price is fully inclusive.
Are the cars insured?
Yes, our cars are fully insured. We advise all visitors to have their own travel insurance though to cover any eventuality. For your bags and possessions, we will not be liable for any losses.
Why do I have to pay in advance for out of Krabi area Pickups?
We start from Krabi, so, out of town pickups involve extra expenses.
How long does it take to get from Krabi Airport to Aonang Beach?
It takes about 30 minutes drive time to get from Krabi Airport to Aonang Beach, its always best to allow a little bit extra in case of delays. Krabi doe not usually have much traffic though so just an extra 15 minutes should be enough.
Do the drivers speak English
All our drivers speak enough english to communicate the basics.
Do you make any stops on the way, like tour agents or tourist shops.
We do not make any stops at tour agents or tourist shops to try to sell you anything.
What happens if we need a toilet break?
If you do need a toilet break, just let the driver know and they will stop at the next convenient service area.
